These Terms govern your access to and use of Ballers's mobile app, website, and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be at least 13 to use the Services.

2. Acceptable Use

• Follow local laws and venue rules.
• Do not harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Services.
• Only upload content you have the right to share.

3. Payments & Credits

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Game fees are typically set by organizers. Taxes may apply.
• Credits may be used to join eligible games and have no cash value.
• We may adjust or revoke credits in cases of misuse or fraud.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

If a game is not confirmed by start time or is canceled, charges are typically refunded automatically. Specific policies may vary by organizer and local rules.

5. Safety

Participating in sports involves risk. You assume responsibility for your health and safety. Consider appropriate conditioning and protective equipment.

6. Content

By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display it for the purpose of operating the Services. You retain ownership of your content.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ballers is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
